3. Type gpedit.msc
4. Then click Ok
5. Once entered click (open) Administrative Templates
6. Then click (open) Network
7. Once opened click QoS Packet scheduler
8. Then click on Limit Reservable Bandwidth
9. And after opened, change to Enable Setting
10. Then change bandwidth limit to 0
11. Click Apply, and then Ok
12. Then exit and restart your computer

B. Use Google Chrome or Apple Safari browser
The latest version of Chrome and Safari browser is very fast when compared to Firefox or Internet Explorer (already tested and proved to be much faster).
